Turnaround Times
Production lead times are calculated in working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The turnaround period begins once full payment and print-ready artwork have been received before 10:00am. Orders completed after this cut-off will enter production on the next working day.
The times provided are estimates rather than guaranteed deadlines. Completion and delivery may be affected by the quantity, size and specification of your strut cards, production requirements, courier availability or circumstances outside our control.
We will always make every reasonable effort to produce and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Postage
Free delivery is available for strut card orders sent to mainland England, Wales and the Scottish Lowlands using our selected courier service.
Orders for Northern Ireland or the Isle of Wight may be arranged by telephone. Online orders cannot currently be accepted for other destinations outside mainland UK.
Please allow time for both production and courier transit. Delays can occasionally occur during busy periods, severe weather or other disruption. Contact us before ordering when working to a fixed deadline.
